About Our Coalition​
ACOMAD is a coalition of like-minded organizations driving for the preservation of the future of Africa, and core value and believe in urgent action, innovation, and the necessity of transformation. ACOMAD envisions an Africa with diverse migration and development opportunities, a land free from all forms of exploitation and human rights abuses; a land teeming with peace and progress for common interests and benefits to her resilient people.

Objectives

Campaign
To campaign against illegal trade and mining, racism, human rights abuse, degrading and inhumane treatment of migrants, human trafficking and other forms of irregular migration by, for, and against Africans.

Accountability
To hold accountable those exploiting all natural mineral resources of the African countries, and campaign for bringing the culprits to book by upholding justice for Africans.

Transparency
To ensure transparency and inject accountability in all institutions across the African continent so as to facilitate sustainable development.

Partnership
To partner with expertise, governments, development partners, international organizations like IOM and other African coalitions in promoting better management of migration and development of the African continent.

To collaborate with African governments in facilitating the integration, implementation and realization of Agenda 2063 and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
